DR TUNDE AKINSANYA, HND, BSc, MBA, MSc, ACIB, ACTI, FCA, CGMA/ACMA (Lead Consultant)
Tunde holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos and Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He also holds a PhD in Finance from Lead City University. He is a fellow of both the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He is also an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom.
Tunde has over twenty-eight years cumulative FMCG, Banking, Real Estate and Oil and Gas experience spanning, Treasury Management, Financial Reporting and Control, Personnel selection and Training, Management Accounting, Operations Support, procurement and Business Development
He started his work career in 1997 in Banking and worked in five different Banks including Fountain Trust Bank, Gateway Bank, Oceanic Bank, Equatorial Trust Bank and Sterling Bank Plc. While In Banking, he served as Teller, Funds Transfer Officer, Service Manager, Training School Faculty member, Retail Branch Manager and Regional Service Manager. He held the position of Treasury Manger and Management Account at Guinness Nigeria Plc. He was the Head of Finance, Lubricant Business at Conoil Plc, Treasurer at Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc and Treasurer for Hayat Kimya Nigeria Limited.
In 2007, While in Guinness Nigeria Plc as Treasury Manger, he led a team of eight accountants to Guinness Cameroun, following the acquisition of the company by Diageo, London, to carry our four years backlog Bank reconciliation exercise, Revenue Assurance, Recovery of Excess Bank Charges, Debt Recovery and Staff optimisation. Within a project period of six months, the team recovered over CFA700m from debtors and various frauds, set the market in order and helped Diageo to take a major capitalisation decision.
Tunde repositioned Service Management in Sterling Bank Plc when he served as Regional Service Manager for Southwest covering Oyo, Osun, Ondo Ogun and Kwara State. He was adjudged best RSM in year 2016. Until recently he was the Financial Accountant of Livin Housing Limited Spennymoor, UK, a real estate firm.
OLUYOMI OLATINWO ISAFIADE, B.Sc. FCA, ABRIPAN (Associate)
Mr. Isafiade is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over twenty years’ experience to his credit.
He is also an Associate, Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He worked for many years with DHL International Nigeria Limited in various capacities such as Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Manager (Finance Processes and Control) covering Billing Services, Payroll Administration, Internal Control and Fixed Assets accounting. He led the Finance Process Harmonisation Project for DHL Anglophone West Africa.
Mr. Isafiade obtained his B.Sc. (Econs.) from University of Jos. He also qualified as Lead Auditor on ISO 9002 Quality Management systems in June 2001 and participated in the ISO 9002 Quality systems certification process for DHL International Nigeria Limited as Quality auditor, and the re-certification for ISO 9000:2000 series as Lead Auditor in 2002.
He has had over 22 years professional experience in the private sector of the Nigerian economy spanning audit and accounting, non-bank financial institutions, management and financial accounting, business process optimization, debt recovery and credit control management.
Mr. Isafiade is an active facilitator in training programmes and has fully participated in training workshops organized for NPA, Benue and Ogun States. He specializes in Tax consulting, Auditing, Debt Recovery and Credit Management and Finance and Business Processes optimization.
WAHEED BABATUNDE AROWOLO, B.Sc. (Hons.), MBA, FCA, ACTI (Associate)
Mr. Arowolo is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He also holds an MBA from Lagos State University. He is also an alumnus of The Polytechnic, Ibadan where he had earlier obtained a National Diploma in Accountancy.
Mr. Arowolo was a principal partner with Adedayo, Arowolo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and Demola Adedayo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) where he was the engagement partner for major corporate clients and public sector audit and consultancy assignments. He had his professional training with the accounting firm of BBc Balogun Badejo & Co. (now BBc Professional Services), Lagos where he was Head of various audit assignments before joining Merchant Bank of Commerce Limited (now consolidated with UBA Plc). He has, at various times, been engaged in the audit of federal government institutions, reporting accountancy work for sale of shares and due diligence under the privatization programme of the Federal Government. He has also handled clients’ tax matters with both the Federal Inland Revenue Service and some State Internal Revenue Services. He is also a consummate facilitator at training programmes. He has been a lead facilitator for training workshops organized for many government institutions including: Voice of Nigeria (VON), National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Benue State Government (IPSAS Training) and Ogun State Government (IPSAS Training). His work experience spans over three decades in both public accounting practice and banking.
ABAYOMI AKINWALE, BSc. MSc, FCCA, ACA (Associate)
Abayomi holds a First-Class Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Accounting from the Oxford Brookes University UK and a Master of Science (Distinction) in International Accounting and Corporate Governance from the University of Sussex, UK. He is a member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and a fellow the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). He has over 16 years of post ICAN qualification experience in Audit and Assurance Services, Management Accounting, Internal Audit and Consultancy Services, rising to the position of a Chief Finance Officer.
Abayomi had his audit training with the firms of Kunle Egbeleke and Co and KSO Associates before he moved to Celtel Telecoms (now Bharti Airtel) as a Senior Accountant -CAPEX where he had the opportunity to represent the Finance team in the Project team that carried out the nationwide tagging and reconciliation of Fixed Assets of the Company. He later relocated to the UK where he worked in various roles in Accounting and Finance. He has championed the setting up of the Internal Audit and Internal Control functions of some companies from nil to full fledge departments and involved in facilitating various trainings on taxation and management accounting, notable among them is the training of the staff of the Federal Inland Revenue Services on e-taxation in 2018.
KEHINDE OMOSULE, BSc. MBA, ACA (Associate)
Kehinde holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Lagos and Master of Business Administration with specialisation in Accounting and Finance from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is also an alumnus of the Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo (Now Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo) where he had earlier obtained a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He is a member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Kehinde started his career with the firm of MGI Alabi Ekundare (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Trainee before he proceeded to Olabopo Holdings Ltd as the Company’s Internal Auditor to set up the Internal Audit; he later served as the company’s Accountant. He was seconded to one of the company’s subsidiaries (Industrial Projects International (Nig.) Ltd as the Financial Accountant where he had the opportunity to reposition and regularise the accounting system of the Company. He later joined Skyblue Services Ltd and Triber Energy Ltd as the Head, Finance and Accounts and Manager, Finance and Accounts respectively.
JESUTOFUNMI AKINSANYA, AAT, B.Sc, ACA (Associate)
Jesutofunmi holds a B.Sc in Accounting from Covenant University. She is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She was the director of Management Consulting in Covenant University Finance Society.
She is currently a Finance Assistant at Livin Housing Limited, Spennymoor, UK.
